What is Let’s Read RI?

Let’s Read RI (LRRI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Rhode Island that encourages students K-5 to read. Our goal is to instill the love of reading back into the younger generation at an early age due to the direct correlation reading has to higher test scores and wider vocabulary.

Established in 2014, Let’s Read RI has awarded over 20,000 bookmarks to students across North Kingstown!

We have given away hundreds of books to children in need and partnered with several other nonprofit organizations who coincide with our views and values. We have proven success that this program works, and you can find more information throughout this site.
